FGA Sends Support To Haiti Mission

Pastor William Spriggs with the children of LaCroix Haiti New Testament Mission

LaCroix Haiti New Testament Mission, is serving the people of Haiti with the love of God through education, medical assistance, and the Word. New Testament Mission consists of 7 churches and 7 schools with over 3,000 students, from pre-school through grade twelve.

Haitian families affected by the January earthquake are now returning to the countryside from the Port-au- Prince area. New Testament Mission is working to assist children and families in resettlement to the LaCroix area, 80 miles north of Port-au-Prince.

Pastor William Spriggs of Harvest Fellowship, Washington, PA has been serving as a missionary to Haiti over the past four years. In fact, he conducted a week long revival crusade in the town of Paul, Haiti a short time before the earthquake. With his most recent, March mission to Haiti, Pastor Spriggs carried in the $3100.00 of donations received from FGA congregations during our most recent fundraising efforts for the people there. These funds will be dedicated to the purchase of food for needy families.
